They would like to recruit a talented, progressively minded Senior Geologist with strong interpersonal and team-work skills. You will join the growing Exploration Team and would be expected to undertake both technical and licence management activities, including the management of Technical Committee Meetings. You would also get involved in exploration peer reviews for the company's other international activities. As one of the most senior technical staff you would also be expected to mentor junior earth scientists.  

Preferred candidates will have substantial exploration experience in a variety of North Sea play types, ideally in Norway. In all likelihood candidates will already be based in Norway, although we would also welcome applications from high-calibre candidates who are based abroad.
