We restrict the number of search clients we have in each energy market segment and this enables us to approach potential candidates from the widest possible pool of companies.

Our search approach is characterised by thoroughness, with the aim of identifying and approaching everybody within a market segment or geographical area with the competencies sought in the post. This becomes our ‘Universe’ of candidates and is assembled by our skilled team of specialist researchers through collating details of candidates built up over many years, obtaining recommendations from friendly sources and desk based research.

This level of detail means we can be reasonably sure that the eventual new hire will be the most appropriate person prepared to consider our proposition at that point in time.
