For people who are seeking to enhance their performance at work, change job or career direction or who would simply like to understand themselves better we offer Executive Coaching and Career Counselling.

We can help people reach their potential and objectively advise on whether career ambitions and goals are realistic. The starting point is to run an audit of a person's particular competencies (skills & experience) and measure their behaviours, looking in particular at how these behaviours impact on others. We obtain this information through structured interviews, in-tray exercises, a range of psychometric & occupational (mainly verbal and numerical) tests and through a web or paper based 360º Perceptions Inventory- involving nominated colleagues, superiors, subordinates, friends and family members who are asked to objectively score a series of statements on a 1 - 5 scale, (Most - Least Like), on the basis of how they perceive the person.

We can apply one, some or all of these tools depending on what is required. The information creates a dossier for the individual to keep and acts as a starting point in terms of what they are looking to achieve, whether it is a change of job, new career direction or to improve their performance at work. By addressing any areas that have been identified as holding them back, we then work with the person to help them reach their goals.
