Work with Us
We are keen to hear from people at various levels in their current careers who are interested to join Simpson Crowden. We operate a lean structure and, whilst staff have clear job roles and responsibilities, we work together in dedicated teams to complete assignments, pooling specialist skills and abilities as required. The environment is supportive and meritocratic and individuals are encouraged to develop and grow within the business. Outstanding performance is recognised and well rewarded. Our compensation packages are very competitive and are intended to recognise and balance individuals' needs. All staff benefit from both individual and company-wide successes.
If you have already developed a track record of success and would like to discuss opportunities to develop a new industry practice for Simpson Crowden, we'd be keen to talk to you.
Our consultants enjoy varied roles with a high degree of client exposure and account responsibility. They are responsible for winning and executing work, and for the complete assignment process including candidate interviews and assessment. These roles might appeal to existing consultants looking for more responsibility, or to junior consultants or researchers who see this as a logical step up in their careers.

Simpson Crowden prides itself on its internal research capability which is something we are keen to build upon. You'll need tenacity, determination, a sharp eye for detail. Exceptional IT and telephone skills are paramount. Career development opportunities are excellent and full training is provided where necessary.
