Our website is a portal by which we promote our services to clients and candidates alike; where visitors can review the current positions that we are handling and where potential candidates can apply to specific roles (the Positions), or register their CVs for the future. Our website describes the Positions and how to make contact in more detail. Our website is controlled and operated by us from our offices in England.

3. Applicability of online positions
Where advertisements and Positions published on the website are supplied by third parties, you understand that we do not control or endorse such content in any way. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of our website and use of all information contained within it and your reliance upon it.

We have used our best endeavours to ensure that our website is kept up to date and that it complies with UK laws. However, we make no representations that the material or information on our website is up to date, appropriate or available for use in locations outside the UK. We cannot endorse any Position advertised through our website or any candidate that applies for the position. We cannot guarantee any Position shall remain available for the period advertised or the final terms of the Position shall be as advertised.

We will do our best to ensure that all materials and information published on our website is accurate, but please note that all content, materials and information on our website is provided on an ‘as is' basis and you assume total responsibility and risk for your use of our website and use of all information contained within it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, where we are found to be liable to you for breach of any of our obligations under these terms, our liability shall be limited to the cost of resupplying the same service to you.
